Amanda Bush is President and Managing Partner of Pine Cove Strategies, LLC, a strategic advisory firm she co-founded. She brings deep expertise in strategic communications, business development, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong track record of advising companies, industry leaders, and public officials
across Texas.
In addition to her role at Pine Cove, Amanda serves as a Senior Advisor at TrailRunner International, where she supports business development and strategic initiatives for the global communications firm. She is also Of Counsel at Jackson Walker LLP, advising clients on corporate strategy, legal matters, and business
development.
Amanda has significant board and governance experience. She was the first American woman elected to the Board of Directors of Hanwha Solutions, a
multinational energy, petrochemical, and real estate development company headquartered in Seoul, South Korea. She previously served for six years on the
Board of Trustees of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Central Texas Chapter, including as Chair and Co-Chair.
Her civic and philanthropic leadership includes serving on the World Golf Championships-Dell Technologies Match Play Host Committee, the University of
Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center Advance Team, the University of Texas Alumni Association Executive Committee, and the Chancellor’s Council for the University of Texas System. She has also chaired or co-chaired numerous major fundraising and cultural initiatives, including the LLS Man and Woman of the Year Leadership Committee, the MD Anderson Living Legend event, the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra Centennial Gala, and the Barbara Bush Foundation for Family Literacy’s Celebration of Reading.
Amanda has received numerous honors, including the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s National Woman of the Year (2016) and the Dallas Regional Chamber’s
ATHENA Award (2012). She has been recognized as a Thomson Reuters “Rising Star,” named a “Top Attorney” by Fort Worth, Texas magazine, and selected for the
Fort Worth Business Press “40 Under 40.” She has also been featured in Legendary Locals of Fort Worth and in the Fort Worth Business Press cover story “Media
Savvy.”
Amanda participated in U.S. congressional-led business delegations to Saudi Arabia in 2011 and to Turkey in 2012.
She earned her B.A., summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from The University of Texas and her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law. She lives in Austin, Texas with her husband and their two sons.
