David has more than three decades of experience representing public and private companies in a broad range of corporate and securities matters, with a strong focus on securities offerings and disclosures, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and board of directors matters.
David previously served as chair of Locke Lord for seven years, and now serves as vice chair of the firm Troutman Pepper Locke.
