Scott N. Wulfe

Scott maintains an active practice advising clients on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, private equity investments and contests for corporate control. He has also represented many public companies, including several Fortune 500 companies, with respect to corporate governance advice and equity and debt offerings. Scott currently served as Managing Partner of Vinson & Elkins from 2011 to 2021 and is a member of the firm’s Management Committee.
