
Carlos Rodriguez was born and raised in San Angelo, Texas. Carlos and his wife, Linda, have been married for 16 years and are proud parents of two boys, 12 and 14.
Carlos Rodriguez is a partner at Webb, Stokes & Sparks, a well-respected West Texas law firm in San Angelo, Texas, that has been advocating for injured plaintiffs since 1956. A graduate of Angelo State University, Carlos earned his J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin in 2003. He is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Carlos is a member of TEX-ABOTA West Texas Chapter, Texas Trial Lawyers Association (TTLA), the American Association for Justice, the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys, and the Traumatic Brain Injury Litigation Group. He was selected to Super Lawyers in 2026.
Through the years, Carlos has collaborated with exceptional attorneys, tirelessly advocating for injured individuals in San Angelo and across Texas.
